Santander was one of the first 24 companies to sign the Commitment to Inclusion, in March 2019.

Since then, a lot has changed in the bank: they found new partners for the inclusive recruitment; they built an internal process for the inclusive recruitment, which has led to the creation of new routines and to the implementation of new methodologies; they identified, within the bank, "champions" to raise awareness in all employees and spread the defined actions; until they reached the moment in which they recruited people with disabilities again.

The development and evolvement of this process led to the creation of an inclusive and diversity ecosystem at Santander.
